The Virginia Department of Education is developing a new plan with High School 2022 to increase opportunities for internships and work and community-based learning experiences to achieve workplace and citizenship skills.

WHY TRANSITION PLANNING?
The transition is the most important component of the IEP, designed to support the student as he/she takes steps towards the future.
